Restoring purchases
Open Settings, then Archive purchases, then Restore purchases. Archives are tied to the App Store or Google Play account that bought them; sign in with that account on the new phone first.
Downloads
An archive downloads right after purchase and can be removed from the phone under Settings, Downloaded archives, and downloaded again any time. A download that stalls resumes when you open the archive again.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policy. On iPhone, open reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, use the Google Play order history.
Something sounds wrong
Tell us which signal and what you heard. Every clip has a provenance stamp; if we got a fact or a recording wrong we fix it in the next content update, which reaches the app without a store update.
